In the event you are unable to pick up your order within 90 days, we recommend sending a friend, family member, or neighbor. They can pick up your item(s) if they give your name and order number. Per the Terms and Conditions, orders not picked up within 90 days will be forfeited.

Let staff know your zip code, name, and order number (or which item(s) you ordered).
Items will be placed in your trunk or cargo bed, not in the passenger area.
